Our BlackBerry App finds the nearest homes to your current location using Satellite positioning. No codes or data to enter. Just open the app and it starts finding properties.

If you are standing in front of a house, that house will be first on the list. You can see all the details and descriptions.

This version of the application serves BlackBerry OS 4.6 and higher.

We are making a version for 4.5 which will be released in November (with additions like MLS Number search - come back for an upgrade).

How to Use:

To check your OS, open your Options and check About to make sure your OS is 4.6 or above.

You must have GPS capability and have it turned on in order for the application to work. On startup, there will be a delay while your BlackBerry finds satellites. It's normal for this to take a little time. Once it finds them, it won't take long to find them again as you update. The app will not work anywhere that it cannot get signals, like inside concrete buildings.
