How do I get my site created, and what are the limits of my site?

If you have a current site, we will transfer all the content that can reasonably be transferred. And emulate the colours and images as much as possible.

Most template sites employ the same basic elements, so your site with us can resemble the site you have now (only better and much less expensive).

There is no set limit on content, no limit on Listings.

If you don't have a site, we will ask for a biography / about me from you and any other content you want to put up.

We will get a head shot and logo from you and upload those to the site if they aren't already online.

Based on our conversation about your goals we preset three quick searches. These get people using the search engine and also aid the ever changing SEO behind the scenes.

We setup all the widgets like mortgage calculators and evaluation forms.

We help you change your domain DNS servers, or we provide a domain if you don't have one. All active sites run real domains.

We setup google keys for your maps, and register your automated sitemap with Google.

This is why we must charge a setup fee, as you can see there is a lot of hand work to the setup. We do all the work that we are able to, for you.

During the first 30 days changes are expected. After that, there is a $20 management fee for changes. If you want to add more content or make changes, we do it for you at $20 per page. This shouldn't be needed very often as all your listings and virtual tours are automated. If you want total control to change your site regularly, then the self managed Technocrat package is the right one for you.
